he Spanish Royal Decree on documentary registration and security obligations, Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, requires digital platforms and hosts to provide additional information to the Spanish national authorities (Ministry of the Interior). For public safety reasons, the registration of travellers’ data is mandatory for all types of accommodation establishments within Spanish territory.
